R-Ex contains 12 herbs ( white willow, arnica, chickweed, comfrey, dandelion root, mullein, olive leaf powder, peppermint, rosemary, sage powder, skullcap, st. john's wort ) infused in oils, beeswax, Vit. E, lavender, and peppermint essential oils that may help relieve pain from bruising, strains, minor aches and pains.  This is to be used for external use only.
